QuFTP e PASV mode

Buongiorno
ho appena cambiato ISP (da Wind a TIM) e sto ritentando di accedere al NAS TS-513P con FTP. Il client e' FileZilla il server e' il NAS QuFTP. Le porte del router sono aperte.
Ancora mi imbatto nel famigerato problema del PASV mode e sul web non se ne vene a capo.
Qualcuno ha risolto? Dicono che bisogna rispondere al client con lo IP del server ... e dicono di aprire anche le porte selezionate per la risposta su quFTP ...
