devi entrare in telnet nel NAS e lanciare il comando. Non è possibile che ci siano questi problemi con ntfs, altrimenti non funzionerebbe a nessuno, qualcosa non torna...

..sarei io il primo ad esserne contento.

La cosa strana , mi sono dimenticato sempre di dirla, che con programma esterno Transmit ( sul mac) la sincronizzazione tra Nas -----> Mac e' sempre avvenuta senza problemi e/o errori

Transmit è un client FTP, non c'entra molto col problema in oggetto. Cmq ho trovato altre persone con questo problema sul forum ufficiale e ho chiesto al supporto QNAP, vediamo cosa esce fuori....

Dopo aver contattato l'assistenza online , la stessa stanotte mi ha risposto:
hi Alessio


this seems your didn't press remove button before unplug the esata drive from nas.


please try
1. unplug the esata drive and reboot nas
2. after nas finish booting connect the esata drive to nas and format the esata drive by has
3. delete old backup job and create new one
4. run the new backup job again


notice: you MUST press the remove button before you unplug any external drive from nas

Quindi stai dicendo che non premevi mai il tasto per smontare il volume prima di scollegare fisicamente il disco esterno?! : CoolGun : : Smile :

No, non l'ho mai scritto o fatto cio' ( deduci in maniera scorretta : Smile : pls), magari saltavo il passaggio di riavviare il nas prima di formattare l'hd esterno.
Ho sempre fatto le stesse procedure sia con ntfs , hfs+, e ext4.
Comunque come gia' detto per la collettivita' riprovero' ( anche se ho i miei dubbi) a cancellare 2 tb di dati e fare delle prove.

ook allora ho dedotto male ma.... visto che il supporto ha sentenziato che non è stato smontato il volume e visto che tu prima non avevi smentito ma anzi avevi scritto "proverò", era facile dedurre male. : Wink :
Cmq ho visto che hanno risposto anche sul forum ufficiale.... anche se non è che mi convinca/rassicuri granchè...

...l'unico dubbio ma me lo togliero' stasera e che forse le prove le ho fatte con la beta 3.8Tutto cio' me lo ha fatto pensare quello scritto oggi sul forum ufficiale nel quale si dice che il 3.8 final version avrebbe risolto questi problemi...

Questa e' la risposta alle mie prove effettuate tramite ntsf ieri sera:

did you use both windows and Mac to connect this nas? when Mac connect nas, it will create lots of temp file, but this files was not supported by NTFS format, so you will have some files fail to replicate, but most of your files should replicate to external drive. would you please check again?
TENGO A PRECISARE che uso sempre Mac, e il problema mi si e' verificato anche quando la formattazione dell'external drive era in hfs+.
Sicuramente qualcosa e' miglioratio perche' prima gli avvisi erano rossi mentre ora sono di colore blu quindi credo che in grandi linee il problema era la loro procedura da seguire ( di solito prima di formattare non ho mai riavviato il nas )
Comunque appena potro' riprovero' e vediamo un po' se si risolve anche questa piccolo problema
