Info e problema con il ramdisk

Ho un NAS TS-269 Pro e vorrei eliminare tutti i file temporanei presenti nel suo ramdisk in quanto sovente mi compare l'errore:

The system is unable to save your settings (file = [/etc/config/storage_usage_history/MD0_DATA.log], section = [AVERAGE_DAILY], field = [D2014-12-15], value = [337249056]) due to insufficient ramdisk space. If restarting the server does not solve the problem please contact support for further assistance.

Quindi, come faccio a risolvere cio'? A che cosa serve questo ramdisk? E` possibile aumentare questo ramdisk? Se si`, come faccio?
