Buongiorno,
forse qualcuno mi può aiutare.
Da un po' di tempo Download station si è bloccato e non funziona più. Tutte le voci sulla sinistra indicano tra parentesi (-48) e in genere dovrebbe indicare i file che sono in fase di scaricamento, completati, ecc... invece ora ovunque vedo (-48)...
Cose che ho già provato e non hanno avuto alcun effetto:
- aggiornamento firmware da 3.8 a 4.0.x
- provato altri browser
Allego anche uno screenshot di quanto mi si presenta sullo schermo.

Allora, il problema sembra essere alquanto diffuso.
Ho trovato la seguente soluzione da terminale:
>> Stop(Disable) Download station in your QNAP UI
>> Downloaded "Putty" to access your QNAP (http://www.putty.org/)
>> Enabled SSH in QNAP UI (Networkservices >> Telnet/SSH)
>> Launched Putty and connected to your QNAP (using your hostname, etc..)
>> When you see the command line "#" type: mv /mnt/HDA_ROOT/ds.db /mnt/HDA_ROOT/ds.db.bak
>> Start(Enable) Download station.
